Category management project in the flagman stores of the federal chain.

To increase attendance of the children’s department in flagman Perekrestok shops we integrated entertaining rooms into them. The zone combines a child’s kitchen, a library with recipes, a cinema with cartoons and game activities. While the children with enthusiasm investigated new interactive spaces the mothers were quietly engaged in purchases.
The introduction of a new interaction model with customers, attention to details and common visual style of navigation allowed to extend the dwell time in stores and increase baby food category sales.
